Miles Leslie

Founder


Miles has gained extensive experience in all facets of the development lifecycle and takes a hands on approach to all projects. 

 

He has worked for both PLC Housebuilders and private developers for over 15 years specialising in land acquisition where he has acquired in excess of 750 units with a combined portfolio value of over £500m. 

 

Outside of work Miles enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.

Oliver Leslie  Development Director

Oliver has worked for a number of private developers over the last 12 years obtaining a wealth of experience in planning and development


He has a keen eye for identifying new development opportunities and specialises in everything from initial design and planning to projection management and successful completion.

 

Outside of Lucror, Oliver is very much a family man enjoying spending time with his wife and daughters, travelling and is a season ticket holder at West Ham United.

James Whittaker

Land & Planning Director

James brings nearly 15 years of experience in real estate development, working for both private developers and PLC housebuilders to deliver schemes in London and across the Home Counties. He has extensive knowledge of the entire construction landscape, with deep expertise in land acquisition, planning and development.


He is passionate about shaping the built environment through sustainable development and working with local stakeholders to unlock value in highly complex projects.


James is a member of RICS and in his spare time enjoys snowboarding in the Alps, watching West Ham United at the London Stadium and perfecting his golf swing.

Gemma Lewington

Executive Assistant

Gemma joins us having worked in the property industry for a number of years, with roles in both lettings and property management for Savills and Countrywide. Gemma provides invaluable support to all members of the team and is pivotal to the effective running of the company.


In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and has recently started learning how to perfect her golf swing!
